Thank you for the info. As what I thought. If Puntland a duster , why acquire more rubbish leases? I can understand the frustrations of share dilution but also appreciate that PL has to act fast , raise money fast to acquire , maybe a once only opportunity to farm in Colombia assets & offshore Puntland before someone else grabs them.
