Once again I am forced to correct your totally incorrect "fact". You say

Tell me, when did CST do this?.

CST were floated on the ASX on April 24th 2001. The float was 34% oversubscribed and raised $10m for the company. They have never been back to the market for more capital since their initial IPO. In fact, I have specifically asked the company whether they anticipate needing to go back to the market for more cash - their answer was categorically NO.
