Actually I think Nasdaq listings are announced the night before. I don't think there is that much forewarning given. As for the listing itself, I think it definitely is positive, but I think this idea that there are lines of people waiting to invest in PRR is a bit overstated. The fact is that barely anybody in the US knows about this company right now. And those that do probably suspect(rightly) that this stock has been pumped up big time in anticipation of the listing, so those guys might be waiting for a better entry point.
Actually I think Nasdaq listings are announced the night before....
