It’s because they have already tabled and specified the relative minimum engineering standard requirements for that specific tender. The Engineers job is done post specification, they will re-engage either in clarifying a specification and then to oversee the project complies as per specification.There are a few of you here manipulating the wording in your posts with a negative interpretation of waffle talk but not provide any type of evidence to substantiate your posts claim.
Gigachad you can at any time provide your own comparison and costing for for what you think can perform comparably to Edencrete, their results for mechanical properties as per ASTM C39,C496,C78,C779,C157,C1202 are in their announcements. Please do it so we as a panel of HC with varying qualifications can critique your results.
