In the last Quaterly Report, Simon Soon said he would announce the long awaited (and many times delayed) off-take decision this quarter (The original guidance was for 2021). If Simon meets his commitment, we should expecting the big announcement this week.
Sinic and Coto have voiced their strong confidence that Simon will deliver on this commitment. But I have some doubts. I say this because there have been so many missed deadlines and the milestones seem to be constantly pushed forward into the next quarter.
I think the market is very tired of the constantly missed deadlines and will not shrug off another failure. BML is already languishing at a mult year low (despite metals proices showing strength) and the possibility of a single digit shareprice seems jjust another missed guidance away.
Anyway, I would LOVE to be proven wrong by Simon and would genuinely be thrilled to see the offtakes announced this week, in accordance with the guidance he has given (and surely he would have withdrawn it by now if he wadn't able to deliver/??)
