Agree 100%. An Annual Report is NOT the place to announce anything let alone a major delay and rethink of the project.
Simon absolutely has to make a separate “Project Update” detailing why the targeted delliverables of Offtakes, funding and FID are now delayed by at least 9 months.
Better not be any performance rewards coming!
