Agree , people in vehicle sales are maligned needlessly , most are hard workers and family orientated but never had many opportunities in life or have been down on their luck and are starting out again after being dealt a curve ball from my experience, (I did it for several years after immigrating back to the USA and being penniless and divorced ) , good to have a range of skill sets in life , and vehicle sales teaches you how to deal with people .
Still it is obvious time lines have not been kept and too many excuses made.
