You are posting a fake abstract or a abstract that has nothing to do with the OBSERVED data I posted. In fact your irrelevant post is based on assumptions based on Relative humidity reading that abstract. My chart is based upon OBSERVED cloud cover from satellites that has only been in operation since 2000. CERES dataset does not extend back 42 years. So you have likely posted a report based on homeginised data. i dare say ERA5 dataset. Altered 5 times.
