for tomorrow the asteroid will crash and we'll all be fried.
and if it doesn't come we'll still have to fix the problems we have before us.
its ok if you don't give a toss, but my grandchildren need a world at least as good as ours was when i first arrived. in some ways they'll get it, in others the promise will be dashed.
science and engineering are doing their bit. they've worked out how to make electricity cheaply and at the lowest cost yet. but some people decided their interests exceed those of the planet and our grandchildren and want to keep pumping out GHG as they've always done.
its comes down to people deciding to stop and learn to change.
