This is beautiful outcome for Beach. ADE seem to have shot themselves in the foot - they are now effectively a Beach subsidiary. And Beach do it for a bargain price of 16.5c now instead of the 40c option - a great bet if you believe in the Shale Gas. Beach now in complete control - any Big Boy after the Shale will have to pay through the teeth. This all shows Beach not only know what they are doing in energy, they are also really smart corporate cookies.
