Glaziers fit glass into frames, they don't fit windows. Retaining walls will be impossible for the HX, the amount of vertical and horizontal reinforcement installed initially into a slabs and footings and horizontal bars with the specialized blocks with core filling will be impossible. Lift shafts have to be totally fireproof, meaning no gaps in blocks, concrete blocks must be totally encased in a cement mortar for fire proofing.
