All that is happening is that the lack of interest has seen people look elsewhere for better value, and opportunities. Until there is an:

- Increase in consumer confidence and sentiment;
- WOW and WES stop competing to increase their share of consumer spending (by sqeezing and suppliers and the competitiors);
- media stops printing articles about the end of the world(or at least US and EUR).

This little puppy is not moving up for a while yet. I would expect that it will continue to flounder and move down on no interest.

I don't see that this will be a take over target at this point because there is a distinct move away from bricks and mortar retail. Once consumers are less inclined to save/pay down the down the mortgage on that overpriced home and are willing to splurge and go shopping (rather than saving the pennies buy shopping online) then this one will recover. One month of increased spending does not make a trend.
