Best post I've read in a while. I am 44 and totally agree.
Went shopping a while back with my husband for a big new TV (apparently a 'must have'). Spent over an HOUR in a shop discussing pixels and pixel quality with the sales guy until I had had enough and said ' In ALL my years of TV viewing, through the seventies, eighties, nineties etc, watching all those cool programs like Happy Days and Monkey, NOT ONCE did I ever hear someone say "Jeez, the pixels are a bit bad... not sure I want to carry on watching..." !!!!!!
It's all a con....
off to tend my veggie patch...:-)
