Excel is the one that got to me. I used it for years and had it completely under control and then one day out of nowhere it became an unknown monster which I still haven't mastered.
Re phones - had lunch with another guy and girl today and 10 minutes in I told the girl calmly but seriously that if she didn't put her smart phone away I would smash it. She looked a bit scared - and did it.
