I bought shares in Amcom, after they helped me get an ADSL connection even when Telstra was vetoing ADSL on our line, Amcom simple connected another line, and ran the ADSL signal on the that line. They even paid the line rental for 12 months as they tried different settings etc. They were a great company. Now that we have NBN and Vocus gobbled up Amcon it has all gone to shite... I had to dump Amcon as an ISP as they were not sure when they would be permitted to sell FTTN services, presumably as Vocus wants to bury Amnet. I'm just hanging in to see which bunch of aholes take Vocus out and give me some money.
