One thing I have noticed with BLR....

Is that BLR always seems to react a day after the news.
I have no idea why this is, but it does happen regularly.

Today should prove to be very fruitful for holders.

27 million traded....which should have cleared out the traders who have brought cheaply over the last few weeks.

POSITIVES:
DOW up.
Great Announcement (double target and with lots more to come)
18 Million dollars in the bank
USA and AUS projects
Great JV partner....(probably looking for more now)
Scoping study to start immediately.

NEGATIVES:
Ummmmmm, can't think of any :)
