Or does anyyone else think it is strange that AGY is so quiet, no volume, low volume days, but directors, delegations, etc., are going to and from Africa - both Zambia and Burundi? I can't figure out why the stock is not trading. The sheer speculation about what is possible should, it seems, interest a few trades. Does anyone think this is extremely unusual?
