I probably don't need to tell you all that this is high sovereign risk...as Kamikazes article post above states that Bauxite exports have been suspended for the Emirates owned company supposedly due to custom matters...the article also implies Guinea want to process the Bauxite in the Country and there is only a Russian owned processing plant in Guinea.
