Meanwhile, with nothing else coming SHLDrs way, the small volume downside push may continue - this could provide opportunity for those with a vision that the pipeline will get the go-ahead - plenty have been buying during the recent months slow decline - I'm expecting a good pick up in dividends this season & will allocate some to BLU in the "hope" that the pipeline will get the green light & shine!!!
