I must say that I find it amazing that they do allow us to get a licence at that age. It is quite unbelievable really. I believe we shouldn't be able to get a car licence until we're at least 19....and then, only after a course in driving responsibility/ defensive driving.
I was never into cars as such, but when I reflect on my 18 - 25 years, I know that I was lucky to survive it.
The carnage will continue. Sad but true. Same result..different shattered families.
