Sorry about the losses you have suffered.
I have problems with simply driver education per se. Skilled driving courses will not work for young people as all they will do is continue to push the boundaries as that is what being young is about. One thing that will help them gain experience, not simply education, is to take these kids on tours. To a cemetery, a hospital ward, a rehab centre. Have them sit in fron of a person who has suffered as a result of recklessness, whether as victims or perpetrators, and listen.
