IS it LEGAL to do higher crossing, page-3

I am seriously thinking that a complaint should be made to ASIC about AML. I doubt ASIC will do much without a bit of pressure, so I am thinking it could be raised with the ombudsman at the same time, to highlight ASIC's lack of oversight.

Other than the ambulance chasing legal firms, does anyone know if this has been initiated by a group of shareholders rather than an individual? Also, if this was an option, is it appropriate to create a thread on this forum to facilitate this process?

A dedicated thread would provide shareholders an opportunity to have their say and contribute to the information and concerns detailed in the complaint.
