good points for sure, indeed why would the trading halt have been lifted whilst the whole situation was playing out!, it actually beggars belief...
AND
it would also beggar belief that the company was taken completely and utterly by surprise by these events and had no contingencies in place....(goodness even I posted some of these contingencies some time ago)
ALSO the following was reported in Feb 2012
The Indonesian Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources has confirmed that the two IUPs held by PT IMN in respect of the Tujuh Bukit project have been reviewed and are considered “clean and clear”.
