Yes I totally agree with your statements and IMO I also believe it is illegal. I have been enquiring into this matter and was told ( but open to challenge ) that the current action is questionable. Also the document is incorrect and misleading as it says .07 cents. It should show .0007 of a cent.

I also tried to [point out that the terms of the agreement stunk. Cikku has explained it better. Unfortunately the ASX won`t do a thing about it. I have sent a letter of complaint to them but don`t expect a satisfactory reply.

Further more we should also be entitled to the same arrangement. and that all monies previously paid returned to shareholders or converted to the new agreement.

Unfortunately all these deals will be approved and rubber stamped.
