I think it's the lack of action...while we have seen other small cap PM stocks over the last 5 years explore, develop and now in production while ATV moves at about a snails pace...
You certainly wouldn't bet the house on this one but it is good for a high risk punt...
All comes down to management in the end. I think we need a management change...
