SP is not really reflecting a company that has offers several times the market cap!

But as long as they keep comparing to the peers and not look in the mirror, nothing will ever get completed.

Penumbra was ahead of time and now behind.
Deals getting extended.
Apparantly money in the bank.

At a wild guess I feel they are buying time for something.

Again still very dissapointed we are not in a trading halt till company sorts this stuff out!!
