I think it is either hedge fund has sold all the borrowed share sensing some big announcements in coming days or some director either current or ex have sold off to invest in other ventures.
It is also possible dumping by shorters to accumulate. I think Novanix management is responsible for what is going on with share prices as they f*ing getting performance shares for delivering nothing for shareholders.
