Yes you're right, I watched the CSPA this afternoon and that's what it looked like to me.
Another reason could be that a large parcel was offered for sale again, but could not find a single buyer to take the whole amount?
Traders knew it would then have to be sold on the market, so they sold high knowing they could pick it up at CSPA for less?
