is it official? gold & silver were bubbles, page-2

CME Margin requirements were increased 21% & Silver 16% effective immediately I believe.This has apparently been done from time to time to cool markets & apparently works for a limited time -Could someone with a greater understanding of the mechanics of these markets give me some idea of just how significant this margin change really is -I seem to get stuck on pro-Gold sites so get only the view that this is dirty tricks from the "Cartels/JP Morgan" & others dressed in black.Would really appreciate some unbiased insight,
