On second thoughts what does it matter.........
IF Chindia see the future as nuclear then the future IS nuclear...... if the rest of the world has a system (political/social/democratic) that prevents, or IMHO delays, the nuclear option then fine..... WHEN the non Chindia nations come to realise we really are short on oil, or the greenhoax effect is real........ well they'll sell us back our own resources...... It is a patient game.... may we all live long enough to see it.
