Exactly, in the case of a split the wife need only attend local Court and seek out a DVO which the police will enforce by giving the father 10 minutes to pack his things and never return. The husband may have purchased and paid for the home long before he met the money grabber but it doesn't give him any consideration. If he's lucky, the father may get a visit to McDonalds with his kids for two hours a week. He certainly wont get access to the family home despite it being his very own.
