Your valuation has a few holes in it. For instance, I think you'll see Mt C classified as a liability for the company in the coming quarters. They are really struggling there and next week's quarterly, IMO, will highlight that rather than it being a cash cow, it is quickly turning into a white elephant and sucking the life out of the company. Short sellers aren't stupid. They do their research. Wouldn't surprise me to see it offloaded within the year in a quickfire sale.
