CEO of BLG recently stated in a presentation that funding would not be an issue. He obviously had a heads up from someone in the government (was it garret that opened the new facility? ;)

I would suggest money will be thrown at BLG to fast track technology to produce solar cells so that they can be installed in these new plants when they are built. It will take time to build them and hopefully BLG solar cells are ready in time to either fit or retro fit to the new solar power plants.

Either way, the news is positive for solar and I suspect LED will also get some attention as there is obvious environmental benefits in this product also.
