each small trade is part of a larger order, brokerage is not paid on each individual sale, but paid on the total order

everybody gets this wrong, they think because it's not on commsec or etrade it must somehow be unfair

commsec and etrade are not the exchange, they are online brokers who choose not to offer their customers all available order functions

the ASX rules are not different, you can do anything everyone else can do
