I may have this wrong, but it was my understanding that the ADRC technology (i.e. the chips) were for use in the device to be controlled ... and that any phone equipped with NFC technology could be used to operate that device. The only other place in which ADRC tech was required was the router to be used as a local gateway.
I am pretty sure that the I-phone 6 is (to a limited extent) already NFC enabled, but some additional capability would need to be added to the functionality to make it work for devices.
That said, I would not have thought that ADRC chips would be going into phones or tablets ... they already have everything they need to enable the technology. It is the millions of devices to be controlled that ADRC is targeting, with the controlling device just supplying the interface through the app that is downloaded.
Please correct me if I have this wrong.
