yes of course all lives matter - equally... skin colour should never come into it... the fact is though that American/African people are well over-represented in both violent incidents with police and in prison sentences. more often than could be accounted for in differences in living conditions and anti-social behaviours. This has been a prominent issue in the lives of these people for many generations, similar to Aus Aboriginals.
then data shows that these two main problems are less of an issue for people of hispanic origin, native Indian or white people.
I respect your knowledge and experience old boy, but for goodness sake, recognise the causative factors mate.
