The Childcare sector traditionally has its strongest HY in the 2nd half of the CY and G8 should be experiencing this now. In addition they have an Investor Day coming up within the next 2 weeks which they will showcase best practice and I would imagine speak positively about their performance if this is the case for the HY. This may generate some re-rating by brokers and instos and cause the stock to increase. Interestingly look at same period LY there was some really good forward momentum.
There presentations read very well and they would appear to be doing all the right things to increase sales, training and retention of staff - 2 key main drivers in the sector.
