    Analyst report and non-official figures are always over optimistic.

    Today’s PFS, using cobalt price USD$33.8/lb, AUD/USD, 0.75 to 0.70, discount rate 7.5%,
    still only delivered 22% IRR, capex A$550m, NPV A$544m.
    It doesn’t look good.
