By the way, I gave you a thumbs up, but it doesn't register because the "It'll be fine mate" brigade have all given you thumbs downs.
Of course there is a "potential development" because if there is no "potential development" then what on earth are you doing spending money on exploration/testing etc??
But there could be no expense needed on infrastructure as no infrastructure is needed because the testing results in a failure to live up to its "potential!"
That is certainly left open as a possibility based on the wording of what was released in today's ASX release.
I'm not looking at this through rose coloured glasses. I don't have any VIL to sell and Im not intending to buy into this speculative situation.
