    hindsight is a wonderful thing and making observations after the event well enough sais. What is certain with VIL is that no one knows for sure other than they have confirmed a discovery over 3 zones.

    BTW I think the term "smart money" gets tossed around a bit too often and is fairly meaningless. Traders with profit targets have done well and so have investors still sitting on 150% gains. Who is it then?
