All is good with company and if we think back to the reasons that the share price fell in the first place they were as follows.
Firstly DNDN had its earnings estimates downgraded and of course because of the similarities between the two companies, investors panicked and started sell their PRR shares.
The second issue was that the NASDEC listing had been delayed due to what had been reported as some “accounting discrepancies” and the company went very quiet about this which seemed to spook a number of investors.
Thirdly, there have been the global uncertainties including the American Government that couldn’t agree on their debt ceiling limits and many other issues which finally led them to be dropped from a AAA rating to AA+ economy. Let’s not forget Europe’s current issues.
This in turn then led to a number of stop losses being triggered – the recommended stop loss as suggested by a popular newsletter author with eighty odd thousand subscribers which also saw the price dive south.
Now the fact is, very little has really changed regarding the fundamentals of this company. They are financially sound through the money they successfully raised through their share purchase plan and let’s not forget the German Government’s generous grant of $5 million which means they are now highly cashed up and in a good position to finish their stage 2b and stage 3 trials.
They have an excellent management team, some of the best scientists in their field and excellent staff in several locations across the globe. There have been a lot of external factors that have influenced the share price of this company but like I said, the underlying fundamentals are still very good. With the current price of 16 cents per share, to me that’s pretty cheap given the potential earnings of CVac are enormous if all the clinical trials are successful and the marketing is managed effectively.
I will be holding my shares for the long term because I believe in this company and that they will be successful in time. It’s only my humble opinion that I share with you but I really do believe this one’s a keeper and I wish all holders the very best.
