based on June's report, the new CEO looks reliable. So supposed the 3 yrs plan is reliable and say SBM raise 500M shares @20 cents, the EPS for FY11 is roughly 3 cents+, and FY 12 is 6 cents+. wat's the average P/E ratio for Gold Mining company? if average p/e is around 10, the target price wull be more than 60cents in FY12.
