After reading and looking who they are and what they got...all I can say..I shall now sit on my small parcel of shares as I feel their shoppingcenters are just hugh...and at present when they start paying Divs again...it will be 35% to 45% on present payout...go to www.asx.com put in CNP and do some looking...so why this SP so drastically...????..AFTER ALL THERE CASHFLOW IS HUGH....and their assets are hugh...but we will see..someone is trying to bring this group to their knees...I wonder who...????...maybe Maqurie is playing games here...but I would question Maquries intention here...I am sure all the top Accountants will be looking in Australia because something smells..its not CNP but there is a bad Karma here by someone....CNPs CASHFLOW is hugh...read their report and have a look I hold..and bought in at $1.27....
