EX entitlement day is over. The share price will adjust on that day if there is any impact.
You can do it risk free. For example, if you have 1.2m PENs, and you are entitle to have 100,000.
You can sell 100,000 PEN at 8c, and buy back at 6c, you make about $2000 risk free.
Your problem is you might have sold all your PEN shares already. In this case, you have to predict whether PEN will drop below 6c in a month time or so.
