I would think that a little optimistic given the heads trading in the 7's and possibly the 6's by them.
At strike price of 10c I would think that a price more like 1.5-2.5c would be more likely given then total lack of real price movement on PEN for over six months now and no real indication if real news on the Uranium will ever be released.
People will start to think this company has been put together just to pay the founders/directors a lot of money and give them lots of free shares/options - and not to actually ever do something real if they don't get a move on - I hope not as I have lots though it is in very real risk of falling back below 5c given current market sentiment for "far-term" producers like PEN.
