Nice pic.
Death Spiral is a result of needing to plug the Cashflow hole in balance sheet by continually printing stock, diluting existing shareholders.
Anything that will provide cash will keep the Death Spiral at bay, like partnership or product approval.
Good sentiment or trial results give a sugar hit to the share price but don't slay the Cashflow monster.
