    I'd have expected the announcement mid August so I count one month overdue, not two. At any rate I don't think this has any impact on SP (everything is late these days - I don't think it spooks the market like it once did), in my opinion the SP only following the typical pattern of a pullback following a spike and awaiting the next news.

    Patience required.
