    the definition of insider trading ... before you say 'nnooo' - read the definition - it's price sensitive information not in the general public. so if OM and sponsors knew about an upcoming negative report (even if derived from public sources) wouldn't that fulfil the definition?

    they are saying 'to me something is fishy- without proof they release it and then all crap breaks loose.

    still say they would have made way more money with EML short based on news articles.
