    You can’t hide behind a disclaimer that says there could be no truth and facts in the reports they write. Then to top that if they didn’t send a copy to ISX or even clarify anything with ISX, even though they say they do. Can ASIC do something about that? It was a shady report written to cause maximum damage to ISX and for shorters to profit. What other reason could it have been written.
