ISX considered the OM report contained numerous statements which were false, materially misleading and/or misleading or deceptive and made it known in this market release.

ASX suspended ISX on 2 Oct 2019. Federal Court documents now show the ASX Chief Compliance Officer took this action despite the cautious words of colleagues and was not supported by ASIC...and he's red carded for the rest of his career and possibly living out his retirement posting on a standard Paper size here.
